Awesome as always. Called ahead due to wife's dead battery. Left car running in parking lot, they were working on it before I left the parking lot. Got her car back in just a couple hours even though they were very busy.

Hank was great. Had a warranty item on my vehicle and Hank did the research to find forums discussing the issue that his techs had discovered and only charged me a 1 hour garage fee since I could get it fixed for free at Acura. Honest and thorough and didn’t try to make the money to fix it but wrote up what he found so I could present it to Acura. Some garages would have fixed it and charged what could end up being a pretty good size bill. Thank you Hank—I will be back!
