Our car was overheating and ac wasnt working right, OHA was able to get us in that day...our usual shop had a 5 day wait. They diagnosed the temp problem the next morning, fixed it, part of the ac problem was the hot running car and low refrigerant, fixed that and replaced smelly cabin filter, and fixed some loose spark plug wires discovered on the test drive all before my other shop would've started. Plus did state inspection, all the while keeping me updated. Mr Hank's team was thorough and fixed everything THE FIRST TIME. He is polite, professional, friendly, and honest. His price was competitive (we're pretty sure he beats our old shop's prices) and, although we live in s austin, he's our new mechanic. I highly recommend him.

Hank is as professional and personable and auto repair owner as I have come across. I only wish I had met him sooner.
