AUSTIN AUTO REPAIR

I take my cars here for state inspections and they're so much faster than other places I've been the last couple of years, and the staff is so friendly. The owner (I assume) has a really good rapport with the clientele and in listening to him talk to people in person and on the phone, I can tell he really pays attention and wants to make sure people are taken care of. This last time I even heard him tell someone it wouldn't make sense for them to pay him to fix something that's still under warranty, but he'd take a look at it while he was doing other maintenance and give them his opinion on what the problem is before they take it to the dealer to get it fixed. He really seems to care about providing good service, not just churning people through as quickly as he can.

Just got an alignment and an oil change. Quick turn around and great work. Been that way for a long time. Thanks.

We go to Oak Hill for all of our companies routine maintenance and major repairs on our fleet. Hank does a good job diagnosing and explaining what's going on with the vehicles then giving us options on how to proceed, prioritizing what is necessary or will be good for prevention of more costly repairs down the line. The communication and service is really far above what I have received from any other shop. The continuity of working with one point of contact instead of being passed around to many different reps helps keep everything organized and clear. We plan to keep working with them for years to come.
