We have taken our vehicles to Oak Hill Automotive for about 20 years. If you asked us for the biggest problems that we have had I can't think of one. Their estimates are accurate and they are honest in giving different options to resolve problems.

Please update the licence plate number for the 1997 Ford Expedition. As of March it is no longer XTC 75C. It is DM2 R633. Thanks very much. Dennis Brown

Always straight to the point. Explain the needed repairs in an easy to understand manner. Dont sell you things or repairs you really dont need. Prompt, courteous and to the point. Have keep their completion schedule with me 100%. Nice competent people.

Steve and Hank always seem to work miracles! I arrived unannounced late in the afternoon desperately needing a safety inspection. I seldom get out of the office in time to get this task done and was able to get out yesterday an hour early. I went straight to Oak Hill hoping to get in for an inspection. I was informed that it would not be possible and that I can leave it the next morning (today). That would not be possible as I have no other means of transportation. While walking back to my vehicle to leave Steve came out and called me back. He noted that the next car in line was not due until the next day. They took care of my vehicle in a matter of minutes! They're the BEST!

Oak Hill Automotive is the only place we take our vehicles. and it's a great feeling to know your child's vehicle is in great hands, especially when they drive off to college.

I am impressed with the people, the clean environment and the work done on my car. However, here was some confusion on my part as to procedures used at Oak Hill. I was expecting to receive a call to let me know what was discovered during the 60,000 mile check up. Instead, I found out, after the fact, that items listed in an email following my last visit out there several months ago, were automatically addressed. I'm not questioning that those things needed to be done. I just didn't realize there would be no conversation before work was actually being done--such as costs, etc.

Service is always prompt and courteous. The work is always done to perfection and cost is consistently fair and honest. The most important thing, however, is that all of the employees seem to recognize that our modified van is what allows me to get out of my home and interact with others. They always do their absolute best to get it fixed and back to us in a timely manner. Their efforts are so appreciated!
