Too long and complex a story to retell, but suffice it to say that these folks gave good advice, did not engage in any phony up-selling, and ensured that my daughter's car was safe to drive.

Guys, I reall appreciate u takin care of our jeep last week. I'm grateful u caught the issue with the differential fluid which was something under warranty. I took ur advice and went straight to the dealer. They we're hesitant until I showed them the PHOTO u took for me of the fluids! The jeep is in the shop now for repairs - something pretty serious to the rear area. Thanks so much for being so careful in what u do. We look forward to many years of referring people and of coming to u. And as a woman, thanks for explaining things in a way that wasn't talking down to me but was clear and understandable! Hi Hank, Steve and the gang, Thanks for taking good care of my geriatric Ford Taurus.
