I can never get out of the office in time to take care of things like State inspections...but the Boss let me go an hour early yesterday (Woo-Hoo!). I drove straight to Oak Hill hoping to get this task done. Well, it was around 4:30 when I got there and they were fully booked. This is my only means of transportation so I couldn't accept their offer of stopping by this morning. As I was leaving Steve stepped out and called me back to the office. His next inspection wasn't due until today so he took care of my vehicle. It was done in a matter of minutes and I am legal on the roads. Steve and Hank are AWESOME! I have had my inspection done at Oak Hill for the past few years and will continue to go there for ALL of my vehicle needs. Customer service at it's finest!

Great service. They provided an estimate on a repair and when the actual time to do the repair was less than estimate, they only charged for what it took to do the repair, instead of charging the higher price of the estimate. Not many places do that. I will be back.

Always a good experience. Hank, Steve and the rest of the team keep me informed of what needs to be done and why, and suggestions of maintenance needs as they arise. I thought that I knew the issues but Oak Hill Auto did diagnositics and found that the issues were something completely different and after consulting with me repaired the auto.
