The communication and service was excellent. I completely trust Oak Hill Automotive and know that they are taking good care of our vehicle and us. My only little "complaint" is that it seems a little on the expensive side. Not sure that their prices are completely competitive with others, but their service, communication and expertise make up for it.

He took his time to understand our short term and long term plans for our car and offered multiple options that we could make depending on what we decided to do with the car. Very patient guy that really cares about his customers and their cars! Won't go anywhere else!
