Great service and customer service

Keeping a nine-year-old Cadillac rolling smoothly down the road is never an inexpensive option, but these guys never try to upsell or hustle me into spending more than needed to keep the car working and safe for the family to use. They never make false promises about when it will be ready, either. I may have to give up on maintaining the Cadillac, but I will not give up on taking whatever car I have to be serviced here. Why a 9 and not a 10, then? Because some of my friends and colleagues prefer glad-handing hustlers -- I don't know why -- and that's just not the style of Oak Hill Automotive.

Reporting that, as usual, I was treated as though I am #1!! On time and very well done.
