Went in for the annual State Inspection. Steve and Oliver handled the whole process professionally and promptly, and had me on my way down the road.

Honest and thorough. We have used Oak Hill many times for oil changes to complicated and extensive work on VW, Nissan and Hoda vehicles and have always felt the service was great.

Outstanding work with a minimum of waiting time

I was disappointed and surprised at the total cost of the 30,000 mile checkup. I think there is too much included in the "standard package". I think it is unreasonable to ask a good customer to drop $1100 on such a checkup - you should have been looking after most of that during routine visits - we see you every 6,000 miles on each car. Your service is still the best available, but your costs are getting out-of-hand.
