Yet, it runs well due to them keeping it maintained and finding parts for it, which is becoming increasingly difficult. They are just a phone call away if I feel I have an issue or potential issue. We have been using Oak Hill for all of our auto needs for over 15 years (at one time we have 5 cars in the family). Hank and team are the most honest folks in the car business I have ever dealt with in Austin or anywhere. They explain what you need today - prepare you for issues that MAY come up on your next visit and are always friendly and nice. I rarely refer friends to places because you can't depend on businesses to be consistent and provide same service level every time. Oak Hill does and we have referred 5 + friends to them and they are also satisfied. Class act and a class team. You will be satisfied when you use Oak Hill.

My entire family has been going here for years. They provide top notch service, and they are really wonderful people. I would recommend making an appointment, as they do stay busy because there are a lot of regular customers, but they will always try to do their best in the most timely manner. I would strongly recommend using them.

Never a problem. You get way you pay for. I have been using this team for years and take all of my cars here for regular maintenance and because of that, I don't have any major repairs. The biggest cost is the 30k 50k etc checks as recommended by the manufacturers. The negative reviews make me laugh. If you want the reviews, they are mainly done here. local.intuit.com/b/oakhi… They have wireless access for free a shuttle service clean restrooms and good people. The only thing I don't get here are tires...they tell me if they can match prices or not...I like that kind of honesty.
