The folks at Oak Hill automotive are great! I took my 4Runner in for an oil change and A/C recharge. They explained the process to me and even suggested possible maintenance down the road. Never tried to upsell or take advantage of a customer. I'll definitely be taking my other vehicles to Hank & crew at Oak Hill Automotive.

When taking any of our cars to Oak Hill it is so nice to have total confidence that they will maintain and repair our cars at a reasonable price and that the job will be done right. I especially appreciate their talking through the issues with me and laying out all of the options.

They are honest. They will tell your what should be done, what can wait, what to expect down the road. Not always great news, but always they are honest, fair, skilled and friendly. These guys are solid!

Talented techs, good people

I’ve taken my car there multiple times, from New motor mounts to me getting in a small accident and needing to make an insurance claim (in which the Manager Hank took care of himself) These guys have been nothing but honest, helpful, and just a good old fashion authentic auto shop. Hank and Steve are some of the most nicest as well as knowledgeable men I’ve ever met. I would recommend anybody to take their car here for any kind of problems, I’d call first though because sometimes they have a line. Steve will be retiring soon and he will be missed!
