AUSTIN AUTO REPAIR

We were traveling around Texas all the way from Wisconsin and while in Austin, our engine light starting blinking. The problem was a serious one but we were able to get our minivan into Oak Hill first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within hours. They were very helpful, detailed, and provided excellent advice for future care. If we were local, we'd be going to Oak Hill for all our maintenance needs. Our family was back on the road to enjoy the rest of our spring break trip and we made it back home to Wisconsin safely.

Hank and his staff are wonderful. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Service was timely and well-done. They gave me a fair price and Hank took the time to help me understand technical aspects of the repairs. Thank you!

Probably the best mechanic in Austin, though I don't really want that secret to get out! Took our car here for squealing rear brakes and a general tune-up/look over after receiving abysmal service at the Jeep dealership. Hank and his guys found several things that Jeep completely missed and were able to get me the evidence I needed to demand, and receive, a refund for the dealership. You could tell by listening to how he spoke with customers that they aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. Good people. A+
