I made the appointment on line, took in the van, and got quick, kind, and efficient service at a fair price. I had a few off the wall questions, but got really good answers.

I have been taking both my and my wife's cars to Oak Hill Automotive for several years now. Hank and Steve are always friendly, open, and thorough with their explanations of the problems and repair work required. They are a shop worthy of your trust.

My vehicle needed a lot of work. Hank explained it, what could be affected, went thru the alternatives, risks and cost and let me decide on what work would be done. I was given an estimate and the "all in" cost was less than the estimate. I think I received very high quality work done at a fair and reasonable price. So much so that we took my wife's car in when we picked up mine. Mine actually drives better now than when I drove it new, off the lot. RCH

I've been using this shop for a couple of years, for major and minor issues. Have gotten inspections and oil changes, all the way to major a/c repair and bad oil leak. They are always friendly and accomodating. I feel that they are honest and pricing is fair. (not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for!) I've not had a problem with communication nor being apprised of what is going on with my repairs. I had brake work done at one of the "chain" brake shops, and regretted later that I had not used Oak Hill. Oak Hill Automotive will continue to be my go-to shop for repairs.
